Where My Perspective Was Formed
Before stepping into advisory work, I spent seventeen years building a successful career in real estate.
Over time I scaled the business to more than $1.3M in annual production, leading teams, managing complex transactions, and operating in an industry where performance and pressure are constant.
From the outside, the business was successful.
But behind the scenes, I began to see the structural limits of the model.
Growth depended on constant output.
Momentum required urgency.
And success came with a level of pressure that very few leaders actually want to sustain long term.
Eventually I made the decision to step back and reassess how I wanted to build both business and wealth.
That decision led me to restructure my life and business, relocating part of the year to Portugal while continuing my business in Canada.
Today I live and work between Europe and North America, advising founders and leaders who are refining how they structure their businesses, make decisions, and build sustainable wealth.
Most of the leaders I work with are not looking to burn everything down.
They simply recognize that the next stage of their success requires a more refined way of operating.
