In the past when I made it a ‘numbers game’ where it was about generating leads and focusing on conversion rates it brought a level of success, but it never felt fulfilling and missed the mark when it came to being of true service.
I thought that having a big email list was what I needed to have a thriving business, because that’s what my coaches told me to do.
I was told that the best way to network was to be on other people’s podcasts and summits even though this never felt congruent for me.
I remember a former ‘boss’ telling me that I needed to work with everyone because I was new in business, and soon discovered that I was not the right match for everyone.
There is nothing right or wrong with what people decide is their best business model. The reality is that they all work.
The key is choosing what you love.
So where am I now?
Still CURIOUS…
I am inspired by the people in this space that share their connection and love with their families, friends, and clients.
ENERGETICALLY I tune into what brings me joy, freedom, prosperity and move forward on those frequencies.
My businesses grew the most when I took action with what made me happy. Where I wasn’t attached to people hiring me.
There are so many people we get to help. We find them and they find us by being an energetic match. I believe people and circumstances appear before us to always advance our growth.
The beauty of any business is that people come and go. Some stay for short periods of time and others for much longer. Each relationship brings forth an authentic expression of who we are dialing in that divine message that we are meant to share with others.
So when you are doubting yourself because you aren’t making enough social posts, or emailing your list enough, or offering another program or course that didn’t get the enrollment you wanted, TRUST that there is ALWAYS MORE.
